On the 21th of May we arrived after 39 days of navigation from Robinson Crusoe Island in Fatu Hiva, Marquises, French Polynesia S10.27 W 138.40. After one week of no wind with an average of 30 nm per day the Trade winds were back yesterday and we were able to make it just before dark. Salina was astonished for about half an hour at the new landscape: green palm trees instead of the blue Pacific.
The next day we cleaned the boat and organized the TOPtoTOP school visit. Today we spent the whole day in the school : TOPtoTOP presentation and a game in the village.
The children appreciated and so did we.
At the moment the kids are participating in the TOPtoTOP drawing contest. Thanks a lot to all the teachers for their help…
