We are coming to Switzerland!
This is for the world premiere of the documentary “Home is the Ocean” by Livia Vonaesch and the 25th anniversary of our TOPtoTOP Expedition

…almost 4000 km from the high Arctic by sailing ship, bicycle, and train. Here are some impressions:

We sailed to Skjervoy at 70N and 20.9E where we attended the Skjervoy 20000:1000 mountain race, 20 km over 4 mountains. It was Noé’s first race after he damaged his knee in January and he came second with a time of 2:13h. Thank you Dag&Siv for your hostility – Dag, you are not only a good fisherman but also a good Pizza baker! –

From Skjervoy we sailed to Lyngseidet where we moored Pachamama to continue overland. Because time was flying, we took several trains from Narvik close to the Lofoten to speed up and to make sure to be in time for the World Premiere. 60 hours on trains through Norway – Sweden – Denmark – Germany, we finally made it to Switzerland. Stefan Baumann is our host and we finally could sleep again in a good bed after missing our perfect Fanello beds on the boat, which provided us already 25 years with good dreams and sleep.

Today the 4th of October 2024 we do our last leg cycling from Winterthur to Zurich. Join us cycling at 14:00 h at the train station in Winterthur! Otherwise, see you 2morrow at the Premiere or in the following days at the Film Festival Zurich.
